Rebates are paid in the form of a Visa® Prepaid Card. GM Certified Service Visa Prepaid Cards are issued by Citibank, N.A., pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and managed by Citi Prepaid Services. Cards require activation prior to use, and are paid in U.S. dollars. Cards can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Cards do not have cash access and cannot be used at ATMs. Cards expire 6 months from the issuance date.
